Personal Finance Workshop – Preparing for the New Course

This professional learning workshop helps teachers prepare for California’s new required personal finance course while bringing real-world financial literacy and economics learning into the classroom. Participants will experience hands-on, engaging activities they can immediately use with students to teach budgeting, saving, credit, decision-making, and financial planning. The session will also provide clarity on course expectations, implementation guidance, and resources to support successful rollout.
